This delicious eggs Benny from Gourmet by KCal at Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina are both dairy free and gluten free. The ingredients are fresh and look just as amazing as they taste!
They have vegetarian options for the eggs Benny and ones with salmon as well. The whole menu is gluten free and I love that their menu has dairy free, gluten free, vegan, paleo, peanut, eggs and more signs on them which is perfect for all allergies or dietary restrictions so you know that you are safe!

Stop by for a yummy brunch or try their regular menu which I am sure will be just as tasty!

Comptoir 102

I have to admit that it took me way too long to try these yummy dairy free and gluten free pancakes from Comptoir 102! It was not until they were featured in Gulf News best pancakes to wake up for that I decided I had to try them.

I had been to Comptoir many times before this experience – usually for their healthy wraps and delicious dessert which I love. But I was pleasantly surprised to find the pancakes are also incredible!

They have the perfect texture and are not too sweet either! The maple syrup and berries add the perfect touch. Be sure to try them out!

Cycle bistro

For all my paleo friends in Dubai, Cycle Bistro is the number one spot for delicious, healthy and picture perfect food! My favourite from Cycle Bistro is their breakfast  (you may remember my post on their paleo waffles or scroll down below to read it). Who can say no to all day breakfast??

I love that they are constantly trying to change their menu to improve and find new and exciting dishes! They are a bit out of the way in Motor City but they also deliver. And trust me – they are worth the drive!

Huevos rancheros with braised beef. These are delicious!

But my favourite one from their new menu would have to be the paleo eggs Benedict! If you love eggs Benedict but can not eat gluten or dairy, this is the perfect substitute.

Doomies Toronto

Yesterday, after watching Shakespeare in the park we decided to stop by Doomies on Queen st west for dessert 😍

The picture doesn’t do the delicious and vegan cookie and ice cream justice! We ordered this as we were told that it was delicious and very popular and it definitely lived up to the expectations!

The cookie was chewy and the perfect texture after being baked in the skillet in which it came and the ice cream on top was the perfect touch.

I will definitely be back to Doomies to try their savoury items and for dessert again!

This weekend I was blessed to have the opportunity to attend the Galactosemia Conference 2016 in Atlanta and of course I loved it!

One of my favourite things for the second time in a row has been the delicious and extraordinary dairy free chocolate and confectionary from Illinois Nut and Candy! Of course I had to stock up on their tasty treats! I big thank you to them for their amazing special products!

Pancakes in Dubai

If you have not been to Life n One in Dubai – GO NOW!

If not for the food… I would say just go there to check out the beautiful secret garden! It is in Jumeirah, it is beautiful and has such a cool vibe.

The pancakes in the picture above were very yummy! I got them with maple syrup but you could get them with honey or cashew butter instead.

I also tried their vegan ice cream sandwich which was delicious! It was similar to the one at Bestro which also tastes amazing!

I wasn’t able to try the savoury food but have heard great things about it!

My only complaint would be that they only have decaf coffee 😃

Delicious donuts

I had the pleasure of trying these delicious vegan donuts from Il Donaccini

All of their donuts are eggless but not all are vegan!

The original, glazed cinnamon, hello berry, apple cider and tangerine are the vegan ones! And they are all amazing!!

This is going to be my new go to place for vegan sweets and the best part is that they deliver through zomato and deliveroo!

Almond milk shakes

Tom & Serg in Dubai has a delicious selection of milkshakes. They are usually made with regular milk and ice cream but you can request them to make the milkshake without the ice cream and with their homemade almond milk.

The one in the picture above is the double chocolate flavour which is quite good! But my favourite flavour is their salted caramel which is wonderful (picture below)!

You can buy their homemade almond milk to take home or you can add it to their coffee which is also amazing! Their almond milk cappuccino is my favourite!

Their food is also great but unfortunately they do not have many dairy free options! There are some salads and breakfast options that are dairy free.

Even without the food, the almond milk shake is definitely worth the trip!

Dairy free waffles in Dubai

The hunt continues for good dairy free food in Dubai! Today I had the pleasure of trying one of the most delicious waffles I have had!

Usually I’m a big fan of home cooked pancakes but I do not end up making waffles often. The reason is that when I have made them in the past, the texture does not end up right.

Now I know the perfect place for that waffle craving!

The name of the restaurant is Cycle Bistro in Motor City and this picture does not do the waffles justice. Cycle Bistro is a paleo restaurant with delicious food, great service and a cute vibe!

If you are in Dubai and looking for dairy free or just healthy and fresh food, this would be the place!

They plan to deliver soon as well and maybe even open another location soon?
